About Me:
Nuno Pinto de Carvalho is a Portuguese multi-instrumentalist musician. The musical software he use (MIDI sinth, sampler…) has been essential for composing, recording and remixing different kinds of music since 2000. Those tools helped him explore new possibilities for the instruments he play, Didgeridoo, Darbuka, Djembé, Berimbau and Electric Guitar.
He participated in several projects, soundtrack composition for theater shows and concerts with other musicians, from experimental noise to ambient music.
Currently, takes part in the projects/bands: THE CAGE (didgeridoo solo); THE STRANGE ALGORITHM SERIES (experimental electronic); TRUST NO MORE (Alternative Rock/Metal); UNDARA, organic ambient music, with various artists (http://www.myspace.com/archaicdesert); C# (Indian music) with Franklin Pereira; EARTH RHYTHM (didgeridoo and African drumming).
