Bio:
The band was first formed as an electro duet in 2000, by Daphne Gerogianni and Iraklis Anastasiadis. Choosing as their name a navigation star, they released two EP's, "Ta Pedia tis Polis"(2001) – "Man in Motion"(2004), and one album "Ime Kardia"(2003), and have participated in various Greek compilations.Their live performances include openings for bands like: The Stereo Mc’s, Pet Shop Boys, Marc Almond, Anne Clark, Hoovephonic and The Scissor Sisters.
Their collaboration ended in 2005.
In the year 2009, ATRIA were reformed by DAPHNE GEROGIANNI and ARIS ZARAKAS (ex-Magic De Spell, Active Member, Rodes), alongside with STEFANOS KUNDIG. Defining their new sound as Alternative- Rock, ATRIA are now in the studio recording new material, expected to be released soon.
