Born is San Francisco, Mr. Bout-It (a.k.a. Vincent) moved to Kentucky at the age of 15 but went back to San Francisco at the age of 24. He is a writer, producer, performer of the best rap/hip hop music I’ve heard in a long while. He makes good music - real good music. The beat is outrageous, the rhymes, the rhythm, and the entire way he puts these raps together is pure gold! The style is a mix of South and West coast flavor.
