Marina and the Diamonds sat down with Seventeen Magazine and discussed her forthcoming album, Electra Heart. Marina says the album is "mainly about love, but with a sense of humor." She also says she used four archetypes to really help get into the album. Which archetype does Marina relate to most?
StyleCaster got an exclusive interview with Marina and the Diamonds this week. Marina dished about her latest sense of fashion, what celebrity she would go to prom with, and her upcoming album.
"SG: Love it. Love it. Also have to ask, since we’re beauty nerds over here–your eyes and your eyelashes in the “Primadonna” video look amazing. How do you get that look?
M: Well, you just go to the MAC store and you hand them 13 bucks and then voilà! It’s a strip of MAC lashes that you cut up and then you stick four on the bottom lashes and then you put a normal strip on the top.
ChinaShop.com caught up with the members of Wolf Gang at Coachella and talked about "annoying neighbors with their bedroom recordings, romantic terrorist songs, and their upcoming tour with Coldplay."
They discuss 'The King and All His Men' and its meaning... "It started off being about terrorism – addressing a terrorist – and then it kind of just went through an imaginative process and a romantical tune came out kind of sounding like a love song.
