Marina and the Diamonds sat down with Seventeen Magazine and discussed her forthcoming album, Electra Heart. Marina says the album is "mainly about love, but with a sense of humor." She also says she used four archetypes to really help get into the album. Which archetype does Marina relate to most? Surprisingly enough, the home-wrecker because "when you're hurt in love you try to imagine that the roles were reversed so at least by labeling yourself a home-wrecker, you step out of that weak and vulnerable character and become someone else." She also discusses how she got over her break up and what she thinks will happen to the ex that inspired the album.
